The Facility Attendant is responsible for maintaining and managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure the cleanliness and organization of various areas within the property.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for general cleaning and maintenance duties, as well as a variety of cleaning tasks in public areas and suites. These responsibilities include:
- Cleaning all glass doors in the lobby to remove fingerprints
- Cleaning sink, toilet, and mopping the floor in public restrooms, replenishing supplies as needed
- Cleaning the washer/dryer, table, and mopping the floor in the guest laundry area as needed
- General cleaning of offices and Front Office areas
- General cleaning of Associate break room
- Cleaning sink, toilet, and mopping the floor in Associate bathroom, replenishing toilet paper and paper towels
- Cleaning and running the vacuum cleaner at the Registration Desk
- Communicating changes in suite status with the Front Desk
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies and procedures
- Delivering cribs, roll-away beds, and related items to suites as requested by supervisor or guest
