What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finish Coordinator position at Century Furniture?
Position Summary:
The Finish coordinator is responsible to support management with training efforts and product development.
Essential Duties:
- Lead the training efforts of finishing room employees to develop skills required to run production
- Help with changing vendors and trouble shooting new products
- Work with finishing room management and Product Development on creating new finishes and adjusting old ones as needed
- Lead in the exploration of new finish technology and techniques to further our finishing capabilities
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in finishing is preferred
