Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of annual budgets, long-term financial plans, and quarterly forecasts.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and other key stakeholders.
- Overseeing long-term budget development and cost management, implementing effective budget reporting and feedback systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve financial efficiency.
- Evaluate potential investment opportunities and provide recommendations based on financial viability.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
- Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Assist to analyze, and support the execution of internal strategic projects, and M&A.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their financial needs and provide insights to drive business decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel), financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting and accounting software's.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience in developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth.
- Familiarity with the industry in which the company operates, including key trends and challenges.
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to the overall business strategy.
