Job Responsibilities
- Lead financial due diligence engagements for both sell-side and buy-side transactions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support transaction decisions.
- Manage client relationships and provide expert guidance throughout the M&A process.
- Oversee multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and managing budgets.
- Prepare detailed due diligence deliverables and present findings to senior leadership and clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to contribute to the firm's growth.
- Ensure all transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
- 5 years of experience in transaction advisory services investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing and executing complex financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and valuations.
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams, with strong project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a focus on delivering high-quality advisory services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
