- Plan and execute comprehensive audit engagements, including risk assessments and audit programs.
- Identify and assess areas of significant business risk.
- Develop and implement audit methodologies and procedures.
- Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
- Review and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive audit coverage and address any issues.
- Assist in the development of the annual audit plan.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification is preferred.
- 5-7 of experience in auditing, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Relevant experience with a Big 4, management consulting firm or large/complex internal audit department (excluding internship).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software's.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to interface well with all levels of management.
- Strong project management, time management and organizational skills.
- Experience with audit methodologies and techniques.
- Prior success conducting external and/or internal audits.
