Associate, Sales Operations Support

Role Summary

The Sales Operation Associate plays a key role in helping our recruitment and sales team manage a wide variety of administrative, marketing, and human resources related functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and office support skills with high professionalism and a can-do attitude.

This role will be working out of our beautiful El Segundo office.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams in different offices to ensure smooth recruitment and sales operations.
  • Assist with office-specific needs, including sales data analysis, inventory management, and customer inquiries.
  • Prepare and review agreements, forms, resumes and other documents related to sales activities.
  • Facilitate the external onboarding process for new candidates.
  • Support internal onboarding initiatives for sales team members.
  • Generate weekly sales reports to track performance metrics, revenue, and pipeline status.
  • Create compelling job postings for sales positions across various platforms.
  • Manage all job licensing platforms to attract qualified candidates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 1-2 years of professional work experience in an office supportive role.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and administrative skills.

  • Confident, articulate, and professional communication skills, including strong speaking and writing abilities.
  • Tech-savvy and ability adapt / learn different platforms, along with word processing operations.
  • Detailed oriented professional with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Have a sense of urgency; able to handle all assigned tasks in a timely manner and re-prioritize as needed.
  • Be able to take direction well and adapt to shifting priorities in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

  • This role will range from $25.50- $30.00/hr. along with strong benefits package including medical, dental, vision within 30 days of employment.
