Century Group’s client is seeking an experience Audit Manager to join their team in Reno, NV. As an Audit Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, technical excellence, and client service. With over 5 years of audit experience, you’ll lead engagements, mentor staff, and contribute to our firm’s success. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $150,000 to $210,000 per year.

Location - hybrid (1-2 days onsite) in Reno, NV

• Lead client engagements, overseeing scheduling, staffing, and technical aspects.
• Mentor and guide staff and seniors, fostering professional development.
• Maintain a positive team atmosphere and provide ongoing feedback.
• Cultivate and enhance client relationships through exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation.
• CPA license.
• Recent experience at the manager level in audit, preferably 5 years of experience
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
