- Prepare and promptly send invoices to customers.
- Reconcile expense reports to ensure accurate project billing.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Process timesheets, expense reports, employee deductions, and reimbursements.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and consultants.
- Process vendor invoices in QuickBooks and ensure timely payments.
- Set up and update vendor information with W9 details.
- Reconcile vendor statements and correct discrepancies.
- Maintain accounts payable files and records.
- Proficiency with payroll and accounting/billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, Bill4Time, Rabco, ADP).
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong technical and multitasking skills with the ability to integrate technology to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely financial records.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience in A/R, A/P, Payroll, and General Ledger.
