Century Group has a leading manufacturing client that is in search of an entry-level Customer Service Representative to join a team in Englewood. Qualified candidates with 1 years of accounting experience are encouraged to apply. Local candidates only.
7am-5pm Schedule
Job Description :
- Troubleshoot account problems and resolve other general inquiries over the phone to maximize the customer experience
- Demonstrate functional skill in communicating via email, utilizing basic account information pertaining to the customer
- Process customer orders and issue credits accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform administrative responsibilities such as checking faxes and email on a daily basis, writing sample order requests and special orders when necessary
- Work independently and escalates issues as appropriate
