- Oversee and manage cash flow for family and related entities, ensuring accurate cash management and reconciliation.
- Develop and maintain budgets for personal and related activities, monitoring expenses and ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and cash receipts.
- Prepare regular financial statements, cash flow reports, variance analyses, and compliance forms, such as sales tax filings and annual Forms 1099.
- Collaborate with household personnel and external vendors to manage property-related issues, vendor disputes, credit card expenses, and cost-saving analyses.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in personal or small business accounting, bookkeeping, or financial management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage financial data accurately.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and managing their financial needs.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills to ensure effective handling of responsibilities.
- Familiarity with managing commercial properties, particularly data centers, is preferred.
- Ability to manage payroll, employee timesheets, and benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and bonuses.
- Experience coordinating with legal and tax advisors and managing compliance filings.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with family members and external vendors.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential financial data with discretion and professionalism.
