This role involves maintaining and updating the stock plan administration platform, preparing reports, providing analyses, and handling moderate to complex projects. Compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and location, with an expected starting base salary of $155,000 to $180,000 per year.

- Proactively manage all activities related to equity compensation administration.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and HR teams to develop communications, ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and securities laws, and contribute to management reports.
- Ensure the integrity of plan participant and equity data, keeping information up-to-date and accurate.
- Conduct regular audits, analyses, and reconciliations, working with large data sets and complex calculations.
- Partner with Finance to forecast and budget equity compensation; provide equity-related reporting to support the monthly financial close process and journal entries.
- Implement and manage effective SOX controls related to equity.
- Reconcile equity data between Stock Administration, HR, and Payroll.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform self-audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions from data.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

- 5 years of stock administration experience in a U.S. public company.
- Experience working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving organization.
- Experience with using stock plan administrative platforms.
- CEP license.
