Compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and location, with an expected starting base salary of $155,000 to $180,000 per year.

- Proactively manage all activities related to equity compensation administration.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and HR teams to develop communications, ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and securities laws, and contribute to management reports.
- Ensure the integrity of plan participant and equity data, keeping information up-to-date and accurate.
- Conduct regular audits, analyses, and reconciliations, working with large data sets and complex calculations.
- Partner with Finance to forecast and budget equity compensation; provide equity-related reporting to support the monthly financial close process and journal entries.
- Implement and manage effective SOX controls related to equity.
- Reconcile equity data between Stock Administration, HR, and Payroll.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform self-audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- Strong relationship-building skills.

- 5 years of stock administration experience in a U.S. public company.
- Experience working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving organization.
- Experience with using stock plan administrative platforms.
- CEP license.
