Position Summary:
The purpose of the Executive Mobile Clinician is to provide support for each facilities identified needs. An Executive Mobile Clinician acts as a resource to provide clinical assistance within the company. This nurse will work closely with the facilities to help deliver quality clinical services and to help improve clinical programming. In addition, this individual will support other programming efforts in which the mobile clinician participates.
Qualifications:
- Current PA Registered Nurse License
- Current CPR Certification
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility
- Excellent leadership skills
- Demonstrable knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Superb decision-making skills
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Position requires expert professional knowledge and skills necessary to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Resident Care Department in accordance with all current regulatory standards to ensure the highest degree of quality care
- Knowledge of professional nursing theory and practice to provide first class patient care
- Expert knowledge of policies, regulations, and procedures governing resident care
- Expert knowledge of medical equipment and instruments to administer resident care
- Demonstrated ability to apply the principles, methods and techniques of professional nursing associated with long term resident care
- Preparing and maintaining detailed records, writing reports, and responding to correspondence
- Cultivate and manage effective working relationships with residents, medical staff, and the community
- Effectively manage regulatory and company compliant quality control standards
- Demonstrate effective verbal and written English communication
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Job Description:

1. Assist and directs clinical staff to ensure the delivery of clinical care and services are consistent with organizational and regulatory standards of care.
2. Assist the facility to educate and implement clinical systems and processes.
3. Assist facility leadership support and fill in roles throughout the organization including but not limited to ADON, ICP, DON, UM, or RN Supervisor. With these roles, you will also carry the job description responsibilities as if you were employed at the facility assigned during the role.
4. Assists facility in the delivery of nursing care by performing assessments, obtaining vital signs, administering medication, documenting resident data, and all other duties as assigned.
5. Educates and implements new company initiatives including new evidence-based practices.
6. Assist in conducting group and individua l clinical training.
7. Implementation of new clinical trainings or programs.
8. Assist with facility training when new clinical complexities present for admission.
9. Respond with urgency and communication when identified care issues are noted.
10. Regularly communicate to Team Members on matters related to compliance, patient liability, adverse events, and regulatory issues.
11. Other assigned duties as needed.
