We are seeking an energetic, customer service-oriented individual to join our Member Contact Service Center team. Candidates must have the ability to listen, communicate and recognize the needs of individuals, while offering a warm and friendly in-branch and telephone experience.
Our MSCRs’ are the face and ears of the credit union and embody our mission of “People helping People” by assisting members in reaching their financial goals.
Roles of a Member Service Center Representative:
- Provide over-the-phone assistance to members concerning their accounts and financial goals.
- Handle inbound calls from members.
- Listen to members’ needs or issues and provide helpful solutions to their problems and concerns.
- Treat all members with the respect they deserve.
- Always conduct yourself in a professional manner.
- Recommend products and services to assist members in reaching their financial goals.
- Support branch operations including assisting with member transactions on the Teller line as needed.
- Open new accounts, CD’s, etc.
- Inform members of convenience services such as online and mobile banking, telephone banking, electronic bill payment and eStatements.
- Follow all of Century Heritage’s policies and procedures.

- Have an outgoing, upbeat and friendly demeanor.
- Have a positive work ethic and work well in a team environment.
- Identify member needs and offer additional products and services.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Good listening skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional manner.
- At least 6 months of cash handling or customer service experience.
- Comfortable in using Windows based computer systems.
- Ability to work some Saturdays based on branch needs.
- Ability to travel to branch offices as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
