Position Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation and Prospecting : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales strategies.
- Client Engagement : Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present Century Laundry's products and services, effectively communicating their features and benefits.
- Sales Process Management : Guide prospects through the sales funnel, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns to foster customer loyalty.
- Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges within the territory.
- Product Knowledge - Maintain a thorough understanding of our product design and operation. Must also demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and assist with installation and repairs.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software, providing regular updates to management.
