This position is based out of our N. Perry St. Johnstown, NY Location.
As a Route Service Representative (RSR) you will be responsible for:
- Servicing your customers (the same every week) from a Company-Provided Delivery Vehicle.
- Restocking Customers with Clean Linen, Garments, and Textiles
- Picking up Soiled Items.
- Performing General Account Maintenance
- Completing Inventories, Modifying Orders, Collecting Payments
- Communicating Inquiries to our Customer Service Offer and/or Account Managers
- Building Strong Relationships with Your Customers
- Following Best Practices to Ensure Excellent Service and Quality is Provided to Our Customers
- Upselling additional Century Products/Solutions
- Identifying Potential Leads for Additional Business
Qualifications include:
- Prior Delivery or Driving Experience Required.
- Valid driver license with clean driving record (CDL NOT REQUIRED)
- Proven ability to provide service to customers and exceed their expectations
- Must be a good communicator with the ability to sell
- Detail oriented - every account we serve has different requirements
- Ability to pick up and deliver Clean/Soiled Linen, Uniforms and Mats - this is a physical job
- Route delivery experience a plus
- Warehouse, logistics, or transportation background ideal
- Comfortable using technology (such as handheld computers)
