As the Executive Administrative Assistant, you would be responsible for providing high-level administrative support by managing tasks for the Founder’s professional and personal affairs. It is important that this individual be reliable and flexible while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Facilitate Founder’s internal and external communication as needed
- Conduct research and prepare reports
- Track and manage financial accounts
- Ensure that deadlines are met for all tasks
- Manage travel arrangements
Qualifications:
- Highly organized and able to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), travel/expense platforms like Concur, and conferencing tools such as Zoom or Teams
- QuickBooks experience a plus
- Proficient with banking services including accounts monitoring and reconciliation, funds transfers, initiating wire transfers/ACH payments, etc.
- Must maintain strict confidentiality of protected information
- Must pass a drug test prior to employment and during employment
