What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mold Maker- A Shift position at Century Mold Co. Inc.?
- Must be able to read blueprints and part prints.
- Responsible for mentoring less experienced employees on the job, such as apprentices.
- Must complete job assignments in a timely manner.
- Must be able to effectively lead a job.
- Responsible for all other aspects of job build such as grinding, milling on manual machines, shut tools off, and final assembly.
Education and/or Experience:
Mold Maker papers or 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Mastercam software; Ability to learn new software as needed.
