Job Details and Responsibilities:
- The staff therapist evaluates and treats patients using various therapeutic techniques as per physicians' orders.
- Provides documentation, prognosis, goals, responses, education, and establishes communication with the interdisciplinary team.
- Consults with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, to offer patients the best and most holistic care possible.
Qualifications:
- Duties and responsibilities of the employee are governed by licensure regulations and practice acts of the state in which they are employed.
- The selected candidate must have graduated from an approved therapy program and hold a current therapist license or be eligible to receive licensure.

Work Requirements:
- Pay: Up to $65.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
- License/Certification: Oklahoma Speech Language Pathologist License (Required)
- Ability to Relocate: Blackwell, OK 74631 (Required) In-Person Work Location
