Job Details/Responsibilities:
- Evaluates and treats patients using various therapeutic techniques as per physician's orders
- Provides documentation, prognosis, goals, responses, education, and establishes communication with the interdisciplinary team
- Consults with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, to offer patients holistic care
Qualifications:
- Duties and responsibilities are governed by licensure regulations and practice acts of the state
- Select candidate must have graduated from an approved therapy program and hold a current therapist license or be eligible to receive licensure
