The successful candidate will have good organizational, time management, and communication skills, and a positive, upbeat, and teachable attitude. Experience in some or all of the following areas is a huge plus but DON'T WORRY IF YOU DON'T HAVE ALL THE SKILLS as we are ready to train eager candidates :
- General maintenance
- Plumbing and Electrical
- HVAC
- Carpentry
- Grounds and exterior work
- Locks & keys
- Appliance Repair
Other requirements include the following :
The base hourly wage begins at $17.00. The final offer will be based on relevant experience, certifications, and qualifications. This permanent full-time position is typically 40 hours per week with overtime and a rotating on-call schedule with the rest of the team. After 60 days Century also offers the opportunity to enroll in a full benefits package that includes partial Company subsidized health insurance, paid life and long-term disability as well as optional Dental, Vision, and supplemental insurance. 401K and PTO eligibility starts from day one. You may also receive your own company van to drive.
