Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, helping the customer or sending the phone call to the right person to help the customer.
-Take service tickets with as much information as possible, asking questions if needed.
- Coordinate and schedule installations, service and sale appointments.
- Handle inputting in office programs and following protocols.
- Handle checking in equipment, sending in for repairs/returns and keeping track of repairs.
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Maintain office filing systems and organize documents
