Renewal Specialist
Century Solutions Group, Inc. is an IT Managed Services provider with offices in Atlanta and Tyrone, GA. Our solutions include network installation services, consulting, hardware and software solutions, managed services, managed hosting, and web hosting. We have strong relationships with Microsoft, VMware, Adtran, SonicWall and Laserfiche.
This is an Administrative/Finance/Sales Position. As a business professional you will work to consistently identify and manage the renewals for clients / businesses.
You will also track quotes for clients as well as work with manufacturers and distributors in preparing renewals. You will be the point of contact for this department. You will be expected to learn this department and become the subject expert within these matters. With the possibility of building long-term relationships, with both Venders and Clients.
You will also be tasked with performing account manager assistant duties such as building quotes, working with purchasing, gathering information, and other tasks as needed.

Responsibilities -
- Manage vendor and service renewals for clients
- Updates and maintains accurate records in CRM and PSA
- Document warranty renewals expiration dates and configuration data in documentation platform
- Manage and track quotes for clients
- Manage and track renewal process from inception to completion ensuring renewals are processed and active
- Work with manufacturers and distributors to prepare renewal proposal
- Provide projections for warranty renewals on a quarterly basis
- Attains and maintains knowledge of equipment, software, and services for warranty and service renewals
