Key Responsibilities:
- CDL
- Mechanical Aptitude to make repairs as needed on road without assistance
- Ability to follow directions thoroughly
- Ability to look at job and execute work without instruction after training period
- Works independently as well as with the team s/he leads
- Coordinate crew/lead the crew for job completion
- Safety of crews/enforce safety policies
- Highly organizedgood planning skills
- Good follow up skills
- Some heavy lifting may be required
- Travel required including overnights
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a construction or similar environment.
- Ability to operate and handle heavy equipment safely.
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects.
