Key Responsibilities:
- Safety is our top priority
- Class A CDL or Class B CDL with an air brake endorsement is a plus
- Ability to work extended hours & weekends as needed
- Mechanical aptitude to include servicing equipment (minor repairs and preventative maintenance)
- Ability to work in a crew/team environment
- Certification for forklift certification provided
- Capable of lifting/manipulating objects weighing 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Work with pavement marking crew striping roadway & construction projects
- Directs traffic control operations during road maintenance operations
- Ability to perform while working on feet for 10 hours per day during inseason
- Punctuality and dependability are essential skills
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a construction or similar environment.
- Ability to operate and handle heavy equipment safely.
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects.
