What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Manager Trainee ( Willing to relocate) position at Cenvar Roofing?

We understand that our team is of foremost importance in our pursuit of excellence; we value our team above all else. Cenvar Roofing has an immediate opening for a General Manager Trainee (GMT)
The General Manager Trainee Program is designed to be an extensive training program that will prepare an individual to step into the role of a Branch General Manager. Once a Branch General Manager is available you must be able to relocate to a different area.
Potential candidates will be trained in each facet of Cenvar Roofing as follows:
- Project Coordinator - GMT will train as a PC and will be able to perform all duties, exceeding company standards
- Sales Representative - Understanding the sales role, selling process, estimating process, customer management, and job tracking through an online database
- Office Manager - will be trained in all aspects of the OM position should the GMA need to step in to the position
- Call Center - will learn the appointment booking process
- Quality Inspector - GMT will ride along with QA's to understand the Cenvar's quality standards
- Repairs - will work with a gutter and roof repair team to understand proper installation of shingles, metal roofs, and gutters
- GMT will be expected to know, understand, and enforce the safety policy
- The GMT will shadow the COO or Regional Manager
Responsibilities:
- The GMT will also adhere to and demonstrate the Cenvar Roofing Core Values daily.
- Train new Project Coordinators and provide follow up training to current PC's
- Cover the PC, GM, and OM when on vacation
- Assist in sales calls when needed
