Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Representing the company with honesty & professionalism at all times
- Maintaining your sales call schedule & calendar
- Use CRM & keep up to date
- Awareness of Cenvar’s scope of work & the ability to present this information to potential customers; this includes product education, our services & policies
- Using supplied materials & tools in your sales presentation
- Maintaining a professional appearance
- Customer follow ups
- Attendance at weekly sales meetings
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Endeavoring at all times to give our customers the best experience possible
- Developing customer relationships & providing unrivaled customer service in order to build new business, increase branch profitability & further brand loyalty & recognition
Required Qualifications:
- Two years sales experience, preferably working in a construction, farming, service based or similar industry
- Must be physically able to get onto roofs & inside of attics while following defined safety procedures in order to make estimates
- Ability to be trained on & use company software
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Promptness
- Ability to make cost estimates
- Must have an acceptable driving record & be insurable under the company policy
- Background check must be free of felony convictions
- High School diploma or equivalent
