Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation
- Plan, shoot, and edit compelling visual content using iPhone footage and professional cameras.
- Edit video content using Adobe Creative Suite tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Create a mix of short-form (Reels, TikToks, Stories) and long-form video content to align with marketing goals.
- Produce polished graphics and visuals using tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Leverage customer testimonials, project highlights, and team culture moments for authentic storytelling.
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute a monthly content strategy for all platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Stay informed on platform-specific trends and best practices to create engaging, optimized content.
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments, and foster community interaction.
- Use analytics to assess the performance of campaigns and refine strategies for growth.
Content Calendar & Deadlines
- Collaborate with internal teams to create a detailed monthly content calendar outlining deadlines and deliverables.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging, tone, and campaign goals.
- Adapt quickly to changes or new opportunities for relevant, timely content.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 2 years of professional experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field.
- Portfolio showcasing high-quality video content and social media campaigns.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Strong knowledge of shooting and editing footage from iPhones and mirrorless cameras.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
Creative & Organizational Skills:
- Ability to develop creative concepts and bring them to life across multiple platforms.
- Strong storytelling skills that connect with diverse audiences.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
