Cenveo is a leading North American manufacturer of envelopes with over 100 years of experience and approximately 30 billion envelopes manufactured annually. We are hiring immediately for a Licensed Industrial Electrician in our Kirksville, MO plant on 1st shift.

Industrial Electrician Pay / Schedule :

  • Pay Rate $29 / hr
  • 1st shift
  • Monday : 6 : 30 a.m.-3 : 00 p.m.
  • Tuesday-Friday : 7 : 00 a.m. - 3 : 00 p.m.
  • Schedule : Mon-Fri / Sat required during busy season / based on business needs.

Industrial Electrician Responsibilities & Daily Duties :

  • Maintain, service, troubleshoot, install and repair electrical and electronic circuitry and related components associated with production equipment.
  • Utilize electrical ladder diagrams, electronic circuitry diagrams, and software programs to modify, repair, or improve equipment functionality.
  • Install, maintain and repair wiring, motors,, lighting and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work with machine shop equipment lathe, drill press, welding, and cutting equipment
  • Troubleshoot, install and repair pneumatic, hydraulic components
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Physical Requirements and Work environment :

  • Requires frequent standing, walking, carrying, bending, stooping, grasping, and reaching; manual dexterity including hand / finger coordination.
  • Ability to perform a volume of mechanical detail work with speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs,; carry 50 lbs,' push 100lbs., pull 75 lbs.
  • Exposure to noise. Must wear hearing protection and safety shoes

  • Electrician license required; industry related experience
  • The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent
  • Mathematical skills; must be able to read a scale and work with fractions
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in the electronic diagnostics of PLCs, AC / DC drive systems, working with voltages up to 480V; etc.
  • Solid troubleshooting skills; Configuration and calibration of various sensors.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed / other shifts if needed.
