- Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or opportunities for cost savings, and develop strategies to address these issues.
- Work with production teams to monitor and improve product quality, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Design and implement process modifications to improve productivity, reduce cycle time, and lower production costs, while maintaining high-quality output.
- Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to drive performance improvements across the plant, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions, to ensure consistency and transparency.
- Assist with equipment selection, installation, and troubleshooting to optimize manufacturing capabilities, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
- Provide technical support and training to operators and production staff to ensure smooth execution of new processes or technologies, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
