- Conduct thorough time and motion studies to pinpoint inefficiencies in manufacturing processes and recommend targeted improvements.
- Lead the design and implementation of optimized layouts for high-speed production lines, ensuring seamless workflow and maximum productivity.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, areas for cost reduction, and opportunities for growth.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to integrate lean manufacturing principles, such as 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping, into daily operations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including work instructions, equipment specifications, and process flows.
- Spearhead the introduction of new products by designing and optimizing production processes to meet evolving demands.
