What You'll Be Doing
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of maintenance technicians.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional growth.
- Provide hands-on training and development to enhance team skills.
Equipment and Machinery Management
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to keep production running smoothly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
- Develop and implement SOPs to maintain high operating standards.
Facilities Management
- Ensure the plant and infrastructure are safe, functional, and compliant.
- Manage repairs and upgrades, working with external vendors when needed.
- Optimize energy efficiency and sustainability in plant operations.
Safety and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Conduct safety audits and promote a strong safety-first culture.
- Lead by example in maintaining a safe work environment.
Capital Projects and Continuous Improvement
- Manage capital projects from planning to execution.
- Identify opportunities for improving plant efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with production and engineering to drive performance improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills with mechanical, electrical, and automation equipment.
- Experience leading and developing maintenance teams.
- Skilled in managing capital projects, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing building infrastructure and working with external vendors.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred.
