An international manufacturer near the New Haven, KY area is looking for a Production Control Supervisor to join their plant. You will oversee workflow of the production team & departments. The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience within an industrial environment.
This is a full-time position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401 (K), paid holidays & vacation. Must be able to work on-site.
Responsibilities :
- Create production schedules – according to deadlines & needs
- Monitor & modify production schedules when necessary
- Create team schedules & assign duties
- Oversee team & activities of production departments
- Work with procurement & material handlers – monitoring inventory levels
- Promote continuous improvement

This position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 20 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts / equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.
