What you'll be doing...
As an OSP technician Lv. 1 you will learn and gain experience working in the cutting edge of the telecom industry. You will take an active role in building our fiber and wireless network infrastructure. You'll have a positive impact on our organization, ensuring our customers a quality and reliable network experience.
- Train both hands-on and in a classroom to become an expert at installing, testing and troubleshooting Arrive's network infrastructure.
- Certify as a tower climber to attain a high level of competency for tower outfitting and maintenance.
- Process work through our ticketing system to complete projects quickly and efficiently.
- Recognize vulnerabilities in network infrastructure and communicate your findings to your supervisor so they can be resolved.
- Respond immediately to network outages, coordinating necessary resources and activities for prompt and appropriate restoral.

You'll need to have:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work 40 hours weekly, Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Willingness to work overtime.
- Willingness to travel.
- Availability to work On-Call.
Even better if you have:
- Fiber optics experience.
- Telecommunications experience.
- Climbing experience.
- Low-voltage experience.
- General construction experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
