As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of mechanical systems, including extruders, mixers, blenders, air compressors, and other critical machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth plant operations.
- Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machinery.
- Document maintenance activities and report equipment performance and issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing all maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and performance improvements.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools for efficient operation.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest equipment and maintenance best practices.
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, with a focus on mechanical systems.
- Experience with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of mechanical equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work in a plant environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
