Pay: $20-$22.50/hr depending on experience

Production Machine Operator (Plastics)
Hiring for ALL shifts!
Pay: $20-$22.50/hr depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for operating production equipment on mostly automated processing lines.
- Make necessary adjustments or minor repairs to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality production.
- Drive a forklift, unload trailers, clean up the raw material space, and run key processing equipment.
- Monitor fully automated processing lines.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement projects and other related activities.
- Make frequent on time quality checks on products being produced from established quality standards.
- Assist with some mechanical repairs.
- Maintain work area to acceptable safety and housekeeping standards.
- Complete and file all required documentation in an orderly and timely manner.
- Communicate with all members of production, shipping and management.
- Notify the shift leader or management with any equipment related issues.
- Communicate processing information to designated personnel on incoming shift.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently.
- Team player.
