The Mold Maker II is responsible for repairing and maintaining plastic injection molds to meet the stringent requirements of our production team
This position is part of the Plastics Tooling Department and will be located in Lodi, California. This position will be working swing shift, 2pm – 10 : 30pm. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to :
- Learn and develop skills on all necessary equipment to repair plastic injection molds.
- Build and maintain a ‘Kaizen’ mindset of continuous improvement utilizing DBS Tools to make frequent, incremental improvements to Tooling procedures
- Assist on engineering projects, manufacturing of spare components and new tools.

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $71,400 – $98,100. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.
