The Alliance and Partnerships Manager Intern is responsible for supporting strategic partnerships within the innovation space. Examples of current partnerships include, but are not limited to, Cross Operating Company (OpCo) collaborations, Danaher Diagnostics Programs, and Danaher Beacon Initiatives. Within the innovation space, there are ample opportunities to explore related projects within the department, as well as work cross-functionally with other groups.
This position is part of the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) and will be based in Sunnyvale, CA USA. The role is expected to manage and effectively communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders who are based both domestically and globally. This role will support partnerships involving Cepheid’s core technologies, therefore, a background in a STEM field is essential.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to :
- Drive the planning and execution of cross-functional team meetings – agenda planning, distributing pre-reads, capturing action items and decisions, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of these projects from concept through implementation.
- Practice and grow key program management skills such as Managing Without Authority and Stakeholder Management.
