Landscape Crew Driver

CEPRA Landscape is looking for DRIVERS for our landscape maintenance teams. Landscape Crew Driver's responsibilities include:

• Working hours: 6:00 am to 4:30 pm Mon-Thu. Fridays open for periodic overtime.
• Safe operation of a truck and trailer to transport the crew and equipment to the work site(s).
• Wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to include safety toe boots, ear plugs, safety vest and safety glasses.
• Operate two-cycle equipment such as an edger, string trimmer, and blower.
• Operate various mowers such as standers, walk-behinds and riders.
• Perform maintenance such as sharpening blades and changing oil.
• Clean and organize truck, trailer, and storage space.
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience pulling and backing a trailer a big plus, but willing to train and certify.
• Good attitude, willing to learn.
• Willingness to work in a group of diverse backgrounds.
• Able to communicate with managers and follow instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Work a 10-hour daily shift from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm for 4 or more days a week.
• Work outdoors in extreme, yet safe weather conditions.
• Lift 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Walk, push, pull, bend, stand, stretch, and kneel for extended periods of time - possibly 6 - 10 hours with appropriate breaks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
