Majestic Home Solutions is a Residential Remodeling company that works in southeast Michigan. At Majestic, we focus in Finished Basements, Kitchens and Bathrooms. Family owned and operated for over 20 years we pride our companies quality and design styles in our remodeling our projects. Currently we are looking to add a project coordinator to our team at the start of the 2025 year. Qualification Factors :
- 7 Years In Residential Remodeling Industry
- 5 Years as Project Management, Coordination or Design
- Associate or higher Degree in Relative field, Certificate, Licenses, etc.
- Computer / phone Literate
- Remodeling Material Literate
- Remodeling Code Literate
- Advance Knowledge in BuilderTrend
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong People Skills
- Strong Trouble Shooting Skills
General Responsibilities :
As the Project Coordinator at Majestic, you will be overseeing all projects in production. This will include working with the Design team and Lead Carpenter on ensuring jobs are run "on-time" and "on / below budgeted". The project Coordinator will be predominantly working in the office with Design team and lead carpenters to ensure there schedules are posted, tasks are understood and material is ready for the production team on site. In addition to this the Project Coordinator will communicate daily and weekly with clients on schedule, changes, invoices, general questions, etc.. At Majestic the Project Coordinator will also be in charge of job costing, budgeting and ensuring there is a clear understanding of where each job stand financially. The project coordinator will have duties at time to meet on site with production team to go over questions / directions in regards to scope of work. This will also include meeting with the client at times to do walk-throughs of there projects. With all this mentioned understanding the design plans and vision of the project is critical. This position does require a since of strong communication skills with all parties involved with this position. Majestic is a Lead Carpenter based management system.
