Job Description:
Ceramic Bee is seeking motivated, dynamic, and results-driven Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our team and sell our high-quality ceramic coatings for cars, boats, RVs, and aircraft in the Greater Orlando Area.
As a Door-to-Door Sales Rep, you’ll be responsible for going directly to businesses and homeowners to promote and sell our exceptional ceramic coatings. You will work with customers to understand their needs, educate them on the benefits of ceramic coatings, and close sales to help protect their valuable vehicles and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Go door-to-door in the Greater Orlando Area to sell ceramic coatings for vehicles, boats, RVs, and aircraft.
- Engage with potential customers to explain the benefits of our ceramic coating products and services.
- Close sales by providing excellent customer service and addressing customer questions or concerns.
- Track all leads and sales accurately in our system.
- Follow up with clients after installation to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Work independently and efficiently in a set territory, managing your schedule and sales targets.
Compensation:
- 25% commission on all sales made.
- Average commission per sale is $400 based on an average ticket of $1600.
- Paid 48 hours after job completion – fast, reliable payments.

Requirements:
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required – we’ll train the right person.
- Must have a reliable car and the ability to travel within the Greater Orlando Area.

- A positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding service.
