Duties
- Coordinate and oversee logistics operations, including procurement and inventory management.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Utilize transportation management systems to optimize shipping routes and reduce costs.
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory control processes to prevent shortages or excess.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Collaborate with production teams to align logistics strategies with production planning.
- Perform other assigned tasks and responsibilities as needed to support operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or a related field.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
