Security Clerk- Truck Gate
1. Vehicle and Personnel Check-In
- Verify the identification of truck drivers, visitors, and personnel entering or leaving the premises.
- Log truck and driver details (license plate, truck ID, driver’s name, company, etc.) into the security system.
- Issue entry and exit passes to authorized personnel.
2. Document Verification
Check and validate necessary documents such as bills of lading, delivery orders, identification cards, and safety clearances before allowing access.Ensure that all incoming and outgoing goods are properly documented.Monitor compliance with safety regulations, such as proper load securing and hazardous material handling.3. Security Surveillance Support
