What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ruby on Rails Developer position at Cerebra Consulting Inc?

We have an urgent W2 requirement with one of our client. Please find the below Job Description and let me know your availability to discuss further.
Role: Ruby on rails Developer
Location: Downtown Manhattan, NY(Hybrid Onsite and only Locals)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Must haves:
- Tech Stack:
- Ruby, Ruby on Rails framework primarily (primarily backend)
- Distributed systems
- Messaging: PubSub, Rabbit MQ, IBM MQ,
- Microservices
- Any relational DB is fine-they use Postgres. Running standard queries; they don’t use materialized views or write store procedures. Need to make sure code interacts with the database
- The org is attempting to shift toward Java, it is not needed, but can be helpful in the future
Work with onshore business teams to develop software new applications and enhancements.
- Unit test the solution and document the implemented design, procedures and manuals for the final software solution.
- Resolve production support issues and coordinate release of new applications and enhancements.
- Graduation. B. E/MCA preferred.
