Responsibilities
•Under the supervision of the Program Director provides high quality, age appropriate classroom instruction for all assigned children.
•Assists in the development and implementation of individualized lessons plans.
•Provide continuous supervision to all assigned children at all times.
•Implement high quality, age appropriate activities to encourage developmental goals
•Maintain notes on progress, lesson plans and other required monitoring
•Effectively lead Child Care Assistants.
•Attend and participate in child development training and workshops
Qualifications
•High School Diploma
•Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or Associates Degree preferred
•Knowledge of typical child development
•At least one year experience working with children with and without special needs
