Cerebras is building a novel new product that can outperform the industry best by orders of magnitude. About the RoleWe’re seeking a talented and motivated individual to define, design, and integrate key software components within our embedded stack. You’ll take pride in developing high-quality, scalable, robust, and testable code. As a collaborative team player, you’ll support colleagues when needed and take the lead when opportunities arise. This role requires a deep understanding of embedded software systems, strong programming fundamentals, and the ability to address complex software challenges across multiple domains. RequirementsB.S. degree with 5 years of embedded software development experience. Proficiency in C and C in multithreaded, multiprocessing environments. Strong foundation in software best practices : OOP, abstraction layers, and modular design. Ability to define and document requirements, create test plans, write unit and regression tests. Familiar with Bash, Make, Python and other Scripting Languages. PreferredDevelopment with Git, Continuous Integration (Jenkins) and Agile development processes. Golang experience is a plus. Understanding of the Linux kernel, device drivers or uBoot. Experience with device protocols such as I2C, SPI, JTAG, and PCIe. Prior experience working on safety critical applications.
