Responsibilities
- Communicate with external and internal stakeholders to facilitate vendor onboarding through creation and distribution of new vendor contract packages.
- Review contract requests submitted in the Contract Management System and compare against HCA contracting practices and policies for correctness and completeness.
- Provide direction to ITG business owners and other internal stakeholders regarding contract requests, contract status, ITG contracting policies and procedures, and respond to other general contracting inquiries.
- Ensure correct contract family mapping, accuracy and integrity of data submitted into the CMS, and create appropriate initial workflows for approved contract requests.
- Decision-making which may have implications related to compliance, including, without limitation, with internal policies, administrative regulations, state/federal laws, and international policies.
- Manager would most like to see Customer service oriented experience. This will be a new process with new stakeholders so they will have a lot of questions.
