CereCore is seeking a QA Test Analyst (Bilingual- Spanish and English) to join our team in Nashville, TN
Responsibilities
- Develops, publishes, and implements test plan
- Writes and maintains test automation
- Develops quality assurance standard
- Defines and tracks quality assurance metric
Requirements:
- Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience of QA experience
- Prior experience with testing IVR call center applications, Hammer end to end call center automation tool, Genesys Cloud application, and Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Performs a variety of tasks
- May lead and direct the work of others
- Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
