Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master to facilitate our Agile teams' success. As a key member of our Project Management Office, you will guide teams in implementing Agile/Scrum practices while maintaining our company culture and values. Your responsibilities will include facilitating Scrum meetings, supporting teams through servant leadership, identifying impediments, and working with external resources to remove them.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum meetings to ensure teams stay on track
- Serve as a liaison between teams and external stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate impediments to team progress
- Maintain open communication channels across teams
- Monitor progress against operational metrics
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master with CSM certification
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and analytical problem-solving capabilities
