As a Freelance Mental Health Therapist at ListenRing, you're ready to provide on-demand mental health services, offering support and guidance to callers who request to speak with you. With each interaction, you bring empathy, expertise, and a compassionate ear to individuals in need, making a meaningful difference in their lives whenever they reach out for help. You embrace the dynamic nature of teletherapy, adapting seamlessly to meet the evolving needs of our diverse clientele and fostering positive change one conversation at a time.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• Possess an unexpired, unencumbered license in Virginia
• Have 1 years of crisis intervention experience in various settings (hospital emergency rooms, psychiatric emergency services, mobile crisis units, co-responder teams, etc.) OR 3 years of post-graduate work experience
• Possess Professional Malpractice Insurance
• Be a member of Psypact (preferred)

Candidates are required to provide proof of professional liability insurance meeting the minimum amount mandated by the State, with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per incident and $3,000,000 aggregate. It's essential that your insurance covers telehealth services since all our service provisions occur over a remote telehealth platform.
