The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be expected to be capable of performing the following responsibilities:
· Track expenses, budget, cash flow, receipts, and other accounting and admin aspects of the clients you will be working with
· Develop basic financial reports and analysis
· Monitor accounts payable and receivable
· Maintain a general ledger
· Formulate budgets and cash flow projections, as needed
· Maintain monthly accounting close
· Formulate monthly reconciliations, financial statements, and all supporting documents
· Ready subcontractor 1099’s, and any other IRS year-end requirement
· Other special projects as requested
· Skilled in credit card management and reconciliation
Eligibility:
· 3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper
· Proficient in Excel, QuickBooks, and other accounting software
· Demonstrated ability to implement solutions, strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills as well
· Detailed and have the ability to work independently
· Self-driven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and solve creative challenges
· Ability to meet deadlines
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
